# SPLCART Operator Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SPLCART Operator, a service operated by the publisher of splcart.in. Support is available at support@splcart.in.

## Authorized use

Use Operator only with computers, accounts, repositories, websites, data, and services that you own or are authorized to control. Do not use it to bypass access controls, violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful software, obtain credentials without authorization, or interfere with other systems.

## How Operator works

Operator connects an authenticated hosted service to a paired local runtime. ChatGPT or OAuth authorization does not by itself grant computer access. The paired runtime independently applies capability policy, authorized-root restrictions, risk controls, emergency stop, and approvals before execution.

You are responsible for reviewing requested actions and for the consequences of authorized changes to your files, applications, accounts, repositories, databases, websites, or third-party services. Keep recovery credentials, device credentials, OAuth credentials, and local approvals secure.

## Availability and third parties

Operator may be updated, suspended, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or abuse prevention. Features may change as the service develops. Some requested actions interact with third-party products or infrastructure, whose terms, privacy rules, availability, and charges may apply independently.

## Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that every task will complete successfully or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

## Suspension, termination, and applicable law

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, abuse, unlawful use, material violation of these terms, or operational necessity. You may stop using Operator at any time and may reset or release paired devices.

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections remain in force. Any dispute must be brought before a court or authority that has lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not create a false or exclusive jurisdiction where one has not otherwise been established.
